Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Return conditions
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Damaged, used or incomplete items cannot be refunded.

Procedure
Simply send the item back to our store at 9 rue Verdaine, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refund
Once we have received and checked the item, we issue the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions
Gift cards and personalised items cannot be returned.
