All orders are processed and shipped from our Geneva store, usually the same day or the next business day.

Delivery within Switzerland
Standard delivery via Swiss Post in 24 to 48 hours. Shipping costs calculated at checkout.
Free delivery on orders over CHF 100.-
Same-day delivery in Geneva: CHF 15.-

Store pickup
Free. Order online and collect at 9 rue Verdaine within the hour. No charge.

International delivery
We ship throughout Europe and to many other countries. Delivery times vary by destination (3 to 7 business days). Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging. Contact us at info@georgeshop.ch to start a return. The refund is issued within 5 business days of us receiving the parcel.
