By using georgeshop.ch and placing an order, you accept these terms.

Who we are
George Sàrl, 9 rue Verdaine, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland — a concept store offering carefully selected jewellery, beauty, decor and gifts.

Orders
Any order placed on georgeshop.ch constitutes a contract of sale between you and George Sàrl. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error or a stock shortage, with a full refund.

Prices
All prices are shown in CHF, VAT included. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of the order. We accept major credit cards and the payment methods available on the site.

Delivery
We ship from Geneva. Times and rates are detailed in our shipping policy.

Returns
Detailed in our refund policy.

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@georgeshop.ch. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, to George Sàrl, 9 rue Verdaine, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The refund is issued within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the item. Gift cards and personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Intellectual property
The content of the site (texts, photographs, logo) is the property of George Sàrl and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Geneva have jurisdiction.
