Slow Design is a Florentine house that reinvents everyday objects with an approach that is at once artisanal, poetic, and contemporary. Made in Italy, its creations play with memory, time, and the beauty of antique objects, blurring the lines between nostalgia and modernity.

Among its iconic creations, the Libri Muti—"mute books"—collection transforms the great classics of literature into blank notebooks. Orlando, Madame Bovary, The Flowers of Evil, Moby Dick, The Divine Comedy, Peter Pan... The titles remain, but the words disappear to make room for your own.

Born from a collaboration with a traditional Florentine printing house, these notebooks combine traditional printing and binding techniques with a decidedly contemporary detail: hand-painted edges. Each bound notebook contains 320 blank, acid-free PEFC paper pages and is made in Italy.
