Slow Design is a Florentine house that reinvents everyday objects with an approach that is at once artisanal, poetic, and contemporary. Made in Italy, its creations play with memory, time, and the beauty of antique objects, on the border between nostalgia and modernity.

Among its iconic creations, the Libri Muti—"silent books"—collection transforms the great classics of literature into blank notebooks. Orlando, Madame Bovary, The Flowers of Evil, Moby Dick, The Divine Comedy, Peter Pan... The titles remain, but the words disappear to make room for your own.

Born from a collaboration with a traditional Florentine typography, these notebooks combine traditional printing and binding techniques with a resolutely contemporary detail: a hand-painted edge. Each bound notebook features 320 blank pages of acid-free PEFC paper and is made in Italy.
